[Coin-discuss] Cbc ticket system broken

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to file a ticket in the Cbc tracker and upon hitting 
submit got the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /Cbc/newticket on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use 
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
---

Can this be fixed or should I submit the ticket elsewhere?
