I got the same problem.
The problem seem to cause by the latest update of Osi/trunk. It now 
relies on Clp/devel (where also ClpDisasterHandler is defined) as it is 
also set in the externals of Osi/trunk. But other projects have their 
externals set differently. So, e.g., Cbc might still point to Clp/trunk 
(where no ClpDisasterHandler is set).
For a fast fix one can either downgrade to a Osi release from a week ago 
  upgrade to Clp devel.
I'm not sure that it is nice to have Osi/trunk point to Clp/devel.
