[Coin-discuss] preemptive scheduling of a single machine

Hi All;

I'm semi-seriously thinking about implementing the algorithm from 
Baker-Lawler-Lentstra-Rinnooy Kan for preemptive scheduling of a
single machine.  It does not look too hard, but lazyness is a virtue,
so I wondered if there was code out there (or for a better algorithm
for the same problem)?  If not, is this the kind of thing of interest
for COIN-OR? It is maybe a bit specialized compared to most projects.
