How do I convert a CoinBuild object to a CoinPackedMatrix? I need a CoinPackedMatrix, but my model build is very slow doing it one row at a time. CoinBuild's code comments sound like what I need. But, my final data structure needs to be a CoinPackedMatrix. Thanks, Matt
