Contributions are solicited to the cluster of sessions titled 
"Nonlinear Optimization: Software and  Applications". Please send me 
a note if you wish to organize a session(s) (3 to 4 talks, total 
session time: 90 minutes), and/or if you wish to contribute. The 
deadline for having all session chairs' names and session titles is 
Nov 15th, 2006.
