Christy,

I am able to successfully build with MS Visual Studio Ver 6 and run
Cbc/Samples/sample2.cpp with p0033.mps.

When building one needs to make sure that the /GR option is specified.
This option causes the compiler to add code to check object types at run
time.

>From the MS Development Studio V6 you can specify this option by
- click Project on menu bar
- click Settings in drop down menu
- click C/C++ Tab
- click C++ languange in category drop down list
- select Enable Run-time Type Information

There is a similar (but different) process for specifying this option with
Visual Studio .Net.
