[Coin-discuss] BCP aborts: Feasibility check needed

In a branch-and-cut setting, an integer-infeasible node can
become integer-feasible after cut generation. At this point,
no feasibility check is performed and BCP proceeds to
branching, leading to the natural message:

  LP : No var/cut in pool but couldn't select branching object.

Feasibility check should be performed before attempting to
branch.
