Hi Agnes:
.mps stands for "Mathematical Programming System." By going to google and
searching on "mps file format" I found a bunch of sites, like
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/bi/osl/pubs/Library/featur11.htm.

Subject
[Coin-discuss] how to build the file containing a linear model?

Hi,
I'm beginning with COIN, and I would like to write a Branch-and-Cut
code. In order to do this, I'd like to know how to build my own file.
Like p0033.mps, for example.
I don't know which documentation to read...
Thank you!
Agi
