[Coin-discuss] Problems compiling Coin utilities with gcc 2.95 and 2.96

	What I find interesting here is that the offending swap function has
been in CoinPresolveMatrix.hpp since it was first posted in July 2003. You'd 
think that surely someone would have compiled under 2.9[56] in the intervening
year and a half. I've had no problems here with gcc 3.3.1 and 3.4.0 (with the 
exception of the missing-prototypes warning Ted mentions).

	Anyone have ideas as to what actually changed, and when?
