Hi Edisen,

To use any of the solvers through OSI, you need to specify

LP_SOLVER = OSI

To indicate that you want to use CLP's OSI interface, set

OSI_INTERFACE = CLP

All you need to do to change the default makefile is to change "CPLEX" 
to "CLP." Hope this helps!
