Several weeks ago I updated the main COIN-OR documentation webpage,
hopefully making it easier to access the documentation that we know
about.
http://www-124.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/coin/documentation.html

Today I added links to the page that contains material from the recent
CORS/INFORMS Joint Meeting, which was created by Lou Hafer and others.
(Ted, this was thanks to your recent email.)

There's still plenty of documentation work to be done. I've created a
page to track documentation tasks. If you have requests or suggestions
for documentation improvements, send an email to the list and I'll
record it.
http://www.engr.pitt.edu/hunsaker/coin-doc-project.html
(For now this is on my website, but it will probably eventually move or
be replaced by a formal task management system.)

I'm going to start tackling these tasks as time allows, but as always
everyone is welcome to contribute. Note that the focus of this is on
organizing documentation and adding documents related to COIN-OR
overall, but it's also true that many projects could use contributions
of documentation. Both types of documentation are important and
needed. If you're a COIN-OR user who's been waiting for a non-coding
opportunity to contribute, this is a good one.
