[Coin-discuss] [BCP] Manual

Hello,

from an old checkout there are a few FIXME remarks in the BCP manual. As
I'm going to do column generation I'm especially interested in the
missing part in section 1.6.2. Doing a new checkout to be sure reading
the latest news (there are none) I am faced with a problem that should
have been fixed already, IIRC. On a windows machine man.pdf is
corrupted. In WinCVS that file isn't marked as binary.

(i) Is there any chance getting BCP documentation completed?
(ii) Please mark man.pdf as binary.
(iii) Should I have asked this on coin-bcpdiscuss? I decided not to so
far because there is so little traffic.
