[Coin-discuss] Warm Starting Dual Simplex

	Can COIN warmstart the dual simplex method and, if so, how?

	According to the class hierarchy, CoinWarmStartDual is derived from CoinWarmStart.  However, if I look at the OSI code for CLp or GLPK, the setWarmStart routine immediately typecasts the CoinWarmStart object into a CoinWarmStartBasis object.  So, it seems as though the CoinWarmStartDual object is never used.
