[Coin-discuss] warmstart?

Dear Coin Team/users,

 

            Could you tell me if warmstart is always helping to resolve
the restricted master problem in a branch-and-price algorithm, in the
column generation phase and after branch?  In my case, some variables
are forced to zero in each child.  Is the use of warmstart solver
dependent?  Does the user need to implement something?

 

            In addition, I would like to congratulate COIN team for this
great work.
