[Coin-discuss] SBB improvements

I have added counters etc so that you can get more information on overall 
performance of cuts - see code towards end of Samples/sample2.cpp.  I can 
change it if anybody has suggestions.

SOS 1 and 2 are in but not tested - has anyone got a small SOS2 problem 
they could give me?  I will be making one up but a genuine one would be 
better.
