[Coin-discuss] SBB improvements

While the suggested improvements would be great, two that I'd like to 
see were not on the list.

(1) (more cosmetic than functional)  I'd like to be able to have Sbb 
return (a) LP-value at root node after cuts have been added; (b) for 
each cut generator, how many cuts were constructed and actually used in 
node they in which they were generated; and (c) total number of global 
cuts generated.

(2)  With regards to Global Cuts, I'd like to see a cut pool implemented.
