(call it billions.cpp) for you to play with.

I thought I had checked back in ( Wednesday) a version which only had long
long on
#ifdef COIN_BIG_INDEX which you normally would not have defined.
There should be such an #ifdef/#endif round that and also in
CoinPresolveMatrix.hpp
I was trying to make sure code could handle 64 bit integers. It looks as
if it can but I need a matrix with more than 2 billion elements to really
check!
