[Coin-discuss] BCP mailing list

Hi Folks,

Apparently there is already an active BCP mailing list (coin-bcpdiscuss) 
which is administered by Laci, Ted and Robin. Perhaps we can move the 
BCP related discussion over? If possible, can one of the admins add a 
link to the mailing list web page on coin-or.org and send a note to 
coin-announce.
