	As a counterpoint to Matt's suggestion: maybe we should go the other
way. Create an SbbSolverInterface. The branchAndBound method has always seemed
a bit out of place to me --- a much higher level function than initialSolve,
resolve, or any of the warm or hot start methods. It might be useful to explore
what a solver interface should look like at the level of a branch-and-bound
code.
