[Coin-discuss] Make clean and BranchAndCut Example

Hi,
1. When one tries to make Bcp directly, not making an example, and fails
( as  should (s)he),
(s)he might try to use "make clean".
Since the paths in the Bcp Makefile are not initialized
(their initialization is in the Examples Makefile), the "make clean"
may remove files unrelated to COIN, or if using SIGWIN part of the
systems files....

2. The BranchAndCut Example exits with a segmentation fault. Is it me or
is there a bug there?
