[Coin-announce] Announcing a new repository for solving Container Loading Problems

Dear All,

I would like to announce the addition of a new project to COIN-OR. The package "CLP Spreadsheet Solver" (https://github.com/coin-or/clp-spreadsheet-solver) is designed to solve and visualise Container Loading Problems, also known as 3D Bin Packing Problems.

The package contains a macro enabled Microsoft Excel workbook that contains the solution algorithm. The algorithm and visualisation functions are implemented in VBA. I am the project manager for the time being and I am happy to answer your questions and receive (and hopefully handle) bug reports.
