[Coin-announce] Announcing the DisCO project

Dear COIN-OR community,

We are pleased to announce the addition of the DisCO solver (
https://projects.coin-or.org/DisCO) to the COIN-OR repository. DisCO is  a
distributed memory parallel solver for Mixed Integer Second Order Conic
Optimization Problems (MISOCP).  DisCO implements a variety of
branch-and-cut algorithms based on both SOCP and LP
(outer-approximation-based) relaxations. It accepts problems in MPS (Mosek
style) and CBF formats. Check DisCO github repository (
https://github.com/coin-or/DisCO) for more information.
