We are happy to announce that
SHOT - The Supporting Hyperplane Optimization Toolkit
is now available at https://www.github.com/coin-or/shot.

SHOT is a solver for solving convex mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problems, and it is based on a polyhedral outer approximation obtained by solving mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) and mixed-integer quadratic programming (MIQP) subproblems. If supported by the MILP/MIQP solver, a single-tree strategy is available that utilizes callbacks and lazy constraints. SHOT also utilizes primal heuristics based on, e.g., solving nonlinear programming (NLP) problems or performing line searches.
SHOT is implemented in C++ and utilizes several COIN-OR projects, for example:
