Harvey Greenberg  (harvey.greenberg at cudenver.edu) is putting together the 
Fall ICS (INFORMS Computing Society, http://computing.society.informs.org/
) Newsletter.  COIN-OR has a strategic partnership with ICS and short 
announcements regarding COIN-OR are welcome in the semiannual newsletter. 
Please send to Harvey anything you think is appropriate by March 1, 2007.
