[Coin-announce] Servers up

The upgrades to the COIN-OR servers are complete and most functionality
has been restored.  The server now sports:

- A 3.0GHz CPU (up from 2.4GHz)
- 4GB RAM (up from 1GB)
- 500GB disk (up from 80GB)
- Red Hat Enterprise Server 5 (up from Red Hat Enterprise Server 4)

Several software packages have been upgraded to new versions as well.

After such a major upgrade, a few configuration glitches would not be
too surprising.  If you run into any problems, please contact me at
