[Coin-announce] Need your input as a community member of COIN-OR for the annual news round up - what do you think?

We're putting together the annual round-up of COIN-OR news and want to 
include news about you -- members of the COIN-OR community and the reason 
COIN-OR exists. 

   Please send a short blurb (1-2 sentences) about yourself, 
   who you are, how you're using COIN-OR (research? business? 
   teaching? applications?), and your feedback by Sept 7th.

At the upcoming Users & Members Meeting in November (tba), we'll also be 
looking ahead. 
 
  What would you like to see next from COIN-OR? 

Is there some feature, enhancement, new direction COIN-OR should go? Let 
us know your thoughts. 

Look for upcoming announcements as we get ready to:

 - launch the COIN-OR Cup 2007 Competition
 - seek nominations for board positions, committees, and new full members
 - publish news highlights in the October issue of ORMS Today & ICS Fall 
Newsletter
 - plan for the User & Members Meeting in Seattle,
