together. 

What's happened in your part of COIN-OR since Nov 2005?  New projects? 
Major changes to old projects? New infrastructure?  Noteworthy 
applications of COIN-OR software in practice or papers? 

Please send any news for consideration in the article by Friday, Sept 8th
