[Coin-announce] COIN-OR Server outage TODAY!

The COIN-OR Web server will be down for maintenance for a brief period 
today (Wednesday, 8/30) sometime between 3:30 and 5:00 pm EDT.  Affected 
services include Web pages, Trac pages, Subversion repositories and e-mail 
lists (in other words, pretty much everything).

The outage message on the home page will be removed after rebooting, so if 
you don't see that, you'll know we are done.
