[coin-announce] COIN-OR events at INFORMS, San Antonio

The Common Optimization INitiative for OR (COIN-OR), is hosting several
events  to promote open source software for the operations research
community at the upcoming INFORMS meeting in San Antonio,
November 5-8th.

 Events include:
    - a code "installfest", a hands-on workshop for interested users
       looking for a gentle introduction (bring your laptop and Ethernet card!)
    - a seminar by open source license authority and author, Don Rosenberg
    - a technical talk on the open solver interface by Matthew Saltzman
    - a technical talk on the cut generation library by Robin Lougee-Heimer
