[Cmpl] Beginner question on syntax for CDAT file

Thank you for your hard work on CMPL. I am expanding on the example referenced in the following thread:  https://list.coin-or.org/pipermail/cmpl/2017-October/000265.html

I have a set of import ports and a set of export ports. I define the routes between them in a CMPL file like so:
routes := [export_ports, import_ports];

What would be the proper CDAT file syntax for this statement without enumerating them?
