[Cmpl] piece-wise linearization cmpl example?

I am looking for a cmpl example of specifying a problem that has a
non-linear cost function by making it piece-wise linear.   This is for an
extension to the grain transportation problem I am developing, where
congestion along a particular route leads to non-linear (increased) costs
with additional traffic.  I will have a cost curve that I can make
piece-wise, e.g. 3 or 4 segments.
