[Cmpl] Error connecting to CPLEX

[Indrajit Sen Gupta]

Ok, I have tried connecting with SCIP too. I am getting the same error. At
first I thought it was problem with the demo version of CPLEX. Has anyone
successfully connected to CPLEX or SCIP in Windows environment?
