[Clp] clp.exe and input arguments [WARNING: SPF validation failed]

As I understand both are setup with -presolve off, but in the latter case it crashes. The reasons are

  1.  That presolve is NOT set to off in the second case
  2.  With presolve unintentionally on the problem at hand seems to be too large. Thus it crashes.

The first command runs without presolve and the second with presolve.  What do you main by failure?  You should get the same optimal value, but the values of some variables will be different.
