[Clp] Has anyone see this error message before?

Hi All,

I encountered an error message, but I'm not sure what is the cause of
problem.

Can anyone help me out to figure out what does this error message mean?

This sounds weird, but I only can see this message when I run under Linux,
not under Windows with Cygwin.

Any comment would be really appreciate!
