[Clp] Clp + Intel + Aboca

Hello,

I am still trying to have a working version of clp + intel under windows.
I noticed that when I compile clp, I've got some warnings related to cilk:

src\EP_Cbc\Clp\src\CoinAbcHelperFunctions.hpp(338): warning #161: unrecognized #pragma
  #pragma cilk_grainsize=CILK_FOR_GRAINSIZE

As noted in the intel doc, it should be more like this:

#pragma cilk grainsize = CILK_FOR_GRAINSIZE (no underscore between cilk and grainsize).
