[Clp] bug

Stéphane,

a) It may be something in the exact way you are using Osi/Clp - if you 
can send me a driver which can duplicate it in debug mode, then I can fix.

b) Clp can recover from quite a few "bugs", so if you need results, it 
may be worth checking that -DNDEBUG (or equivalent) is set in 
compilation and try without asserts being activated.
