[Clp] CLP version 1.06 versus 1.57 for finding primal infeasibility

I noticed that my version of CLP was 1.06 dating back to 2008. Yesterday I downloaded the latest source (1.15.7) and compiled it as "release" mode and 64-bit using Visual Studio Express 2013.

On one particular problem, version 1.06 is much faster. It finds primal infeasibility (using -duals) after 15 seconds. Same problem in the hands of the latest version (1.57) is taking 280 seconds using the -primals, and using -duals is still chugging along after 1000 seconds.

Any words of wisdom here?
