using Visual Studio Express 2013.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">On one particular problem, version 1.06 is much faster. It finds primal infeasibility (using –duals) after 15 seconds. Same problem in the hands of the latest
version (1.57) is taking 280 seconds using the –primals, and using –duals is still chugging along after 1000 seconds.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
