[Clp] CLP Command Line Documentation

To the CLP mailing list:
I'm a programmer/ mathematician at Regional Economic Models, Inc., and
am trying to use the COIN Clp executable to run a linear program
related to data unsuppression. I have strong reasons to avoid using
CLP as a library in C++ code, and was wondering if you can provide
documentation for using the CLP executable. One simple thing that I'd
like to be able to do is print the solution vector to screen or to a
text file.
