[Clp] Interpretation of solution variables beyond bounds

thank you for useful hints.

There remain doubts about effect of scaling on tolerance. Can scaling move
actual (unscaled) variable beyond of the limit of configured tolerance? Does
scaling affect dual infeasibilities?

I need explicit upper estimation of infeasibility of output results. 1e-7
(or even 1e-5) would be perfect if I knew for sure that no resulting
variable was more than 1e-7 (or 1e-5) beyond bounds. Scaling is on by
default, do I need disable it?
