[Clp] Finding volume of feasible region

Hi,

Does anyone know a way to find the volume enclosed by a set of linear
inequalities?
Or in other words the area of the feasible region. I am thinking of quickly
implementing a
monte-carlo based procedure to find out, but is there a more elegant
approach?
