[Clp] Documentation about how to use CLP through CoinMP

Paul, have you tried running doxygen on the source? It's an imperfect solution but may help you figure out what's going on.

their mailing list reveal that no one answers the posts there.

CoinMP with no documentation is perfectly useless, and perhaps should
be removed from the public domain until some documentation is ready.
