[Clp] Clp dual solution violates complementary slackness

Hi all,

I am using Clp under BCP 1.2.2 calling it from OsiClpSolverInterface. I am
solving an LP problem which I know the solution. Clp returns me the
correct primal solution, however when I got the duals I realized that they
are all zeros which does not satisfy the complementary slackness. I
attached my instance to this e-mail. Could you please help me to
understand what is going wrong?
