[Clp] NEOS Question

Hello,

I emailed an LP to NEOS and received a confirmation from the server. Several minutes later, the "results" arrived. However, as you can see from the message below, the results came back with an error.

Does anyone know what generates this sort of error? Was my LP not in the correct format?

I'm a brand new user of NEOS so any help would be much appreciated.
