[Clp] problems with debian lenny detected

Lijian,

	We're on it (GCC 4.3, that is).  If anything, debian is a little slow in
moving to GCC 4.3.

	 A number of the Coin developers did a two-day code-a-thon July 28th and
29th, and killing off the warnings churned out by GCC 4.3 was one thing we
worked on.  There will be a big improvement when the code branch used for the
code-a-thon is merged back into the main branches of the code.
