[Coin-lpsolver] Using OSI with XPR

(1) If your issue is with OsiXpr, you're better off on coin-discuss.  This 
list is for CLP.

(2) What versions of OSI, XPR, what OS version, compiler version?  What's 
the exact error?  Consistent across instances?  Do you have a small 
instance that exhibits the problem?
