[Coin-lpsolver] message handling in OsiGlpkSolverInterface

Hi,

the OsiGlpkSolverInterface seem to ignore the message handler that is 
set by passInMessageHandler(...) and the loglevel set in the message 
handler.
In the appendix you find a patch that fixes this issue.
It uses the glpk-method lib_set_print_hook() to tell glpk which method 
to use for printing the output. The printing-method then use the message 
handler defined for the OsiGlpkSolverInterface.
