[Coin-lpsolver] Optimum VS 2005 compiler settings for CLP

Any VS 2005 gurus out there who can advise on tweaking the (myriad) VS 2005 compiler/linker settings to get the optimum speed from the CLP code? I've done things like linking with the /MT setting as opposed to /MTD, but I'm sure there are many things I could be doing that could significantly improve performance.
