I do not know CLP very well but I know there potentially
exponentially many (optimal?) basic solutions. Hence, you may have to wait till
end of time get all of them. Therefore, it is not very likely CLP can get them for you.

You should read the book Linear Programming of Vasek Chvatal  which has chapter about
this issue.
