[Coin-lpsolver] event handling

Someone complained about having to derive from a message handling class 
for simple event handling.  If you need data from messages then you still 
need to do that but there now is a ClpEventHandler class - see a simple 
use in unitTest (MyEventHandler etc).

It is extensible - just tell me what events are interesting - I just have 
:

endOfIteration
endOfFactorization
endOfValuesPass
